1. SHIPPING POLICY

At S-NET , we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services. We’ll deliver anywhere in India.

Shipping charges are there for all Orders paid Online. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Orders are shipped within 2 days & they are delivered in 1-7 working days across India once shipped.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number.

After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order & we will refund you. Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.

*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.

2. FORCE MAJEURE:

S-NET shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

3. PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it’s sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.
